Guest Suite features a classic aesthetic and modern furnishings, selected for their practical indulgence and contemporary style. It is located on the residence's west side. This relaxing south-facing 2nd-floor bedroom has its own balcony where guests can enjoy outstanding views of Similk Bay, local wildlife, and surrounding gardens on the property. Suite features a main sleeping room, private sitting room, private bathroom, and private entrance, and guests can enjoy shared access to a full sized kitchen, separate from the main house, in addition to an eat-in breakfast nook and pantry.

The King platform bed in the main sleeping room features a 14" memory foam mattress, made up with 400 thread count cotton sateen sheets, allergen-free pillows, and luxury bed covers - goose down filled duvet in cooler months, and high quality Egyptian cotton in warmer months.

Suite includes a sofa in the private sitting room that pulls out into a queen sofa bed, outfitted with high performance 5" memory foam mattresses and quality linens and bedding. Multiple USB outlets and a charging station for phones and other devices ensure guests can plug in and connect, and suite rooms are tastefully decorated with original artwork and living plants of all kinds.

The private bathroom includes a decadent soaking tub and tiled glass shower with shower bench, modern vanity and a high profile, ADA compliant toilet. This suite has private laundry provisions and is outfitted with low-noise full sized washer and dryer units for guest use and convenience. The private sitting room has a lovely outdoor slate floor balcony with table and chairs - perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a morning coffee.

Atelier and Chapel art studios are available for guests to use and explore at their leisure, in addition to other rooms in the main house, such as the library/music room, atrium and other common areas of the house. Each private suite is also outfitted with a 50" television and streaming services for Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a Sonos music system for guest use and pleasure.​
