We have a lot of fun throwing paint around during workshops and related activities, and some moments  are simply too good not to capture. Certain photos may be used in one of our marketing plans, so we ask for consent in advance. Whether you accept or decline, all workshop attendees must complete the form below. I hereby grant Heartful Retreats LLC irrevocable permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in its marketing and web-based publications. I agree that if created, these items are for marketing purposes only and that once created, become the property of Heartful Retreats. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears, and also any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
